Sharing some powerful manifestation methods to help you manifest with the magic of your thoughts, energy and intention.
Manifestation isn’t about thinking ‘happy thoughts’, it’s way beyond that.
Manifestation is about tuning into the vibrational match of your desires.
There are endless ways to manifest your desires.
You can use herbs, crystals, candles or any spiritual tools or just the power of your brain and energy to manifest what you want.

Whether you take the help of spiritual tools or not, what’s important is your intention.
If you have faith, there is nothing that can stop you from bringing your desires into reality.
The problem arises when our belief system is fluctuating.
Especially, when you switch between methods.
If you’re trying one method for a few days, and it doesn’t work; you quickly jump onto the next one before it actually gives you the result.
The main point is to actually believe in the method and especially on your intention that whatever you’re manifesting, no matter what it is going to come into your life.
You have to be patient and most importantly believe.
Manifestation can actually become the way of your life when you blend the practical science of your brain (neuroscience) with the magic of your energetic field, you will see your life transform.
At its core, manifestation is about aligning three things:
Your thoughts (what you focus on),
Your emotions (how you vibrate energetically),
Your actions (what you embody daily).
Your brain has Reticular Activating System (RAS) which actually plays a huge role to help you manifest your reality.
On daily basis, it is filtering thousands of pieces of information but it highlights what is actually important for you or worth paying attention to and what you believe to be true.
And this way it brings and highlights the things in front of you which are worthy and truthful for your belief system.
And thus, when you actually consciously program your brain and align your energy with your desires, it starts looking for things which you believe to be true which means you’re magnetising opportunities that align with your new formed belief system.

You might have heard about so many manifestation methods but the ones I’m sharing here are truly unique and personally help me manifest everything in my life on regular basis.
1. Identity Shifting:
A manifestation method to help you shift into the identity who already has it all.
You’re going to create an identity in your brain who has it all and manifest through that identity. This method may take you time to adapt but once you can do it, it works like magic.
Here’s how you’re going to do it:
Take out some distraction free time
Take a notebook and a pen
Write down about the characteristics and personality of your future identity, like in full detail.
Once you’re clear about that, you’re going to visualize about your future self, what she does, how she behaves, how does she feel in that future version
Then, you’re going to visualize your desire, I’m taking an example here of manifesting your dream home; so you would imagine something on the lines of:
How does she behave when she walks in her future home?
What is she doing in her future home?
How does it feel to be there?
Why does this method of identity shifting works:
When you visualize in detail and vividly, your brain actually fires the neurons as if the event is actually happening right now because it doesn’t understand the difference between a fact or visualization. Our day dreaming is what is actually shaping our reality anyway.
When you do this regularly, it helps your brain to train and take all this as normal.
And energetically, you’re aligning with your future self by collapsing the gap with your current self.
You also start to broadcast a coherent electromagnetic field that attracts your manifestations.
2. Quantum Command Writing
This is a manifestation method to write your desires with command and certainty which helps you to establish authority on the reality you want to create.
How to practice it:
Take your journal and a pen
Write “I command that…..” followed by your desire, written as already real.
For example “I command that I now receive financial abundance and success which is mine by divine right. I am ready and open to receive. It is done. Thankyou”
You can make it as long as you want, more specific to match your desired intention.
Why does this method of command writing works:
When you command instead of wishing, you’re basically shifting your energy from wanting certainty and leadership as if it is yours and no one can take from you. It’s liking affirming authority on something that is yours and you’re just aligning with it in present moment.
Certainty also helps you to create a coherent vibrational field that helps to collapse probabilities you don’t want to the ones you want to come true in your reality thus also diminishing fear faster.
Commanding also helps to reprogram your subconscious brain to stop doubting, and switches you into believing mode.
3. Anchoring Affirmations with Sensory Triggers
This is a manifestation method to create new belief systems with the help of anchoring affirmations according to your body movements.
Here’s how you gonna do it:
You’re going to choose a simple physical trigger ( for example: pressing fingers, tapping your wrist, clapping, etc.)
Say your chosen affirmation out aloud pairing it up with the chosen bodily trigger point.
Repeat this daily after your mind is calm and feels positive. You can also meditate before performing this.
Why does it even work
This method actually uses classical conditioning where pavlov has also experimented with dogs to salivate when a bell rings.
Here you’re conditioning your brain to achieve a certain emotional state whenever you perform that gesture.
When you do this regularly, the gesture becomes a shortcut to live in that emotional state to manifest your desires quickly.
A key tip: The more emotion you bring while performing the anchor, the stronger this method becomes.
4. Subconscious Drifting
This is a powerful manifestation method to manifest with your subconscious brain.
Here, you rewire your subconscious mind while you fall to sleep
How to practice it:
Avoid any distractions, scrolling on phone and even stop thinking about negative experiences of the day. Reading a couple of pages before sleep can help too. Atleast better than scrolling on phone
Instead, you’re going to repeat an affirmation matching your desire or you can visualise about your desired reality while you’re drifting to sleep
Focus on the emotions- feel the love and peace washing over you and the joy of your desire coming true

Drift into your sleep while holding onto that feeling.
Why it works
When you’re falling asleep, theta brain waves are dominating, which is a highly suggestible stage to actually rewire your subconscious.
The kind of emotions and visuals you’re feeding your brain before you fall asleep not only runs through the night at the back end but also creates your reality for the coming days.
Sleep is also a time when your energy field is expanding and even regenerating which is a perfect time for manifestation imprinting.
P.S. This is one of my favorite and lazy girl manifestation methods. I’m anyway daydreaming throughout the whole day about my future life anyway, I love doing that before sleep too lol.
5. Setting Intentions with Micro Actions
In this manifestation method, you’re setting your intentions with aligned actions to bridge the gap between your thoughts and reality. This is the most important step that a lot of people don’t focus on. Without taking the aligned action, it’s literally not gonna work.
So, here’s what you gonna do:
In the morning, after you wake up; set a strong intention for the day.
For example; Today, I choose to operate from an abundant mindset. And combine that intention with an action you will take that day. Like dressing up as your future wealthy self, blessing your money, wearing gold.
This way, you’re behaving as if you’re already abundant.
If you’re manifesting love; you can choose to say; “Today, I choose to feel loved. And then do a self love practice that day. Respect yourself. Stand up for your choices and opinions.
Walk through each action as proof of your manifestation unfolding in your current reality. Our brain loves proof. The more you prove it, the more of the similar reality it helps you create.
Why it works
Action helps to ground your intention. When we visualise without performing an action, our brain actually may think it as mere fantasy.
When you take actions, it also signals your brain; “This is my new identity”
You’re not only raising your vibrations energetically but also reducing resistance and self doubt by taking actions.
I’ve been doing this method myself plus a few other ones, and it is working like magic. I urge you to try it.
When you blend your brain rewiring with energy alignment, manifestation actually becomes very natural. It becomes the way of life and everything you desire comes to you magnetically.
